Kids Weekly for K–5th

Hey Parents! We are so glad your kiddo joined us this weekend in Foothill Kids. Our Bible Truth for Sunday was “God judges Sodom and Gomorrah but saves Lot.“ We looked at Genesis 18:22-33; 19:1-3,12-29 and learned about Sodom and Gomorrah.

Here are a few questions for you to discuss with your kiddo:

QUESTION 1: How did God show Lot mercy? God did not allow Lot to stay in Sodom.  When he refused to leave, the angels grabbed him and his family by the hand and led them out.

QUESTION 2: What happened to Lot’s wife? She disobeyed by looking back and became a pillar of salt.

QUESTION 3: How has God rescued us like he rescued Lot? Like Lot, we are all sinners who live in a sinful land. Jesus died on a cross for our sin and now we can choose to put our faith in Him and follow Him.
