Kids Weekly for K–5th

Hey Parents! We are so glad your kiddo joined us this weekend in Foothill Kids. Our Bible Truth was “In the fullness of time, God sent forth His Son.“ We looked at Matthew 1:18-25; Luke 2:1-21, and learned about the birth of Jesus.

Here are a few questions for you to discuss with your kiddo:

QUESTION 1: How did Joseph know that this message was really from the Lord? Joseph knew the promise of Isaiah 7:14, “Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign.  Behold the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel”.

QUESTION 2: God changed Joseph’s heart and his direction.  How can you be sure when it is God that is leading YOUR heart?  Like Joseph, we need to know God’s word so that we can be sure our heart is headed in the right direction!

QUESTION 3: What did the Shepherds do after the angels appeared to them? What would you have done? The Shepherds quickly went to Bethlehem to find Baby Jesus!  We should run to the Good News of Jesus too!
